Local Orders

  1. Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped via SingPost. Please allow 1-3 business days for local delivery.


International Shipping

  1. Orders will be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped via SingPost. Please allow 2-6 weeks for international delivery.


  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the import regulations of their destination country. I am not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues arising from customs clearance. Certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.


Notice for untracked shipping option

  1. If untracked shipping is selected, no tracking number or delivery updates will be given. I'm not held responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery. No refunds or replacements will be provided for orders sent via untracked shipping that are lost or do not arrive. If you are concerned about your order arriving safely, please select the tracked shipping option instead. By selecting untracked shipping, you acknowledge and accept these shipping risks and agree to the above policy.


Notice for parcels shipping to the EU

  1. From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing a flat €3 customs duty per unique product category — determined by each item's Harmonised System (HS) code heading — for low-value commercial shipments under €150, in addition to country-specific VAT and applicable local administrative fees; in addition to customs duties.


  1. Shipments clear customs on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the recipient in the EU is responsible for settling all customs duties, VAT, and local administrative fees upon delivery. Order cancellation

  1. All orders are final. If you would like to make changes to your order, please email me as soon as possible at geckiko59@gmail.com.


Returns and refunds

  1. Returns and refunds are accepted only if you have received the wrong order.
  2. Damages occurred during the transport is beyond my responsibility. Orders will be packed securely to ensure safe arrival.
  3. Please email me at geckiko59@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of your order and your order ID if there are any issues with your order.


Taxes and import duties

  1. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and/or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
