  2. Purchasing artwork does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the imagery or content without explicit written consent.


Limitation of Liability

  1. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, or for shipping delays caused by carrier errors, weather conditions, or unforeseen emergencies. Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the total purchase value of your order.

  1. These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this storefront shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Information Collected

  1. When you buy a product from me, I collect the personal information you explicitly provide: your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address.
  2. I do not collect, store, or view your banking credentials or credit card numbers. Your checkout utilizes a manual PayNow QR code code process that takes place entirely within your own secure, private banking application.


How I Use Your Data

  1. Your contact and delivery data are used strictly to process your transaction, generate your automated invoice, and fulfill your shipping order.
  2. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.


Third-Party Services

  1. To keep our store running, your personal details are shared exclusively with trusted functional platforms: HitPay: Hosts our store dashboard and securely stores order logos
  2. SingPost (or alternative shipping couriers): Receives your name and physical address strictly to print delivery labels and transport your order.


Data Retention & Customer Rights

  1. I retain order information for the duration required to meet tax and legal compliance regulations under Singapore law.
